Dashed orange lines are the cut lines.
More options
Upload the label PDF from your seller panel and get print-ready labels in seconds: crop the tax invoice off Meesho and Flipkart labels, split Amazon FBA barcode sheets into single labels, or sort everything into one file per SKU. Free, no signup, and every file is processed inside your own browser.

Marketplace PDFs are built for A4 office printers, not for the way sellers actually pack. Each order page carries a shipping label with a tax invoice underneath, or twenty-four barcode labels crammed onto one sheet. CropYourLabel turns either into what your printer needs: one clean label per page, invoices separated, and products grouped together.
What you can do here
- Crop labels from invoices — Meesho, Flipkart, Shopsy, GlowRoad, Snapdeal and Amazon Easy Ship pages are cut at the label–invoice divider on every page.
- Split FBA label sheets — 24-up and 40-up barcode grids become one label per page, with blank cells skipped.
- Sort by SKU — one PDF per product so your packing table handles one item at a time.
- Print label and invoice together — keep both on a single page with the blank space trimmed away.
- Fit any label to your stock — 100×150 mm for thermal rolls, 50×25 mm for product stickers, or any size in millimetres.
Why the preview matters
Most croppers process your file and start a download, and you find out whether the crop was right after you've printed forty labels. Here, the dashed orange line shows exactly where every page will be cut before you commit. If a courier changes its layout, you see it immediately — and the drag-to-crop mode lets you draw the exact area yourself.
Your customer data stays yours
There is no upload. The PDF is opened, measured and cut by JavaScript running on your own device, which means buyer names, addresses and phone numbers never travel to a server — ours or anyone else's. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool still works.
Before you print
Set your printer's paper size to the label size (100×150 mm for a 4×6 thermal roll) and scaling to 100% or Actual size. Never use "Fit to page" for barcodes — scaling changes bar widths and is the most common reason a label refuses to scan at the hub.
Frequently asked questions
Is CropYourLabel free?
Yes — completely free, with no signup, watermark or page limit. It runs in your browser, so there is almost nothing for us to pay for and nothing to charge you for.
Are my label PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. All cutting happens locally on your device. Your files, and your customers' addresses, never leave your browser.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon FBA and Easy Ship, Shopsy, GlowRoad and Snapdeal, plus most other label-plus-invoice PDFs. A drag-to-crop mode covers anything unusual.
Will the barcodes still scan after cropping?
Yes. Labels are cut as vectors rather than re-photographed, so barcodes stay exactly as sharp as the original. Print at 100% scale.
Can I crop hundreds of orders at once?
Yes. Every page in the PDF is processed in one pass, and you can add several PDFs together.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, on any modern mobile browser — though a large PDF will process faster on a laptop.
