Dashed orange lines are the cut lines.

Upload the shipping-label PDF from Flipkart Seller Hub. The tool detects where the label ends and the tax invoice begins on each page — even across different couriers — and gives you clean labels, invoices, or both as separate files.
Built for how Flipkart draws its pages
A Flipkart order page carries the shipping label at the top, a dashed "cut here" rule across the middle, and the tax invoice below. CropYourLabel finds that dashed rule and cuts above it, so the line itself never lands inside your label — which is what lets the label be trimmed tight on all four sides instead of keeping the full page width. On a typical Seller Hub PDF the result is a label around 79 × 128 mm with no wasted margin.
Crop Flipkart labels in four steps
- Download your labels from Seller Hub → Orders → the pending dispatch list.
- Drop the PDF in above. It is read on your device; nothing is uploaded.
- Check the orange cut line in the preview — it should sit just above the dashed rule on every page.
- Press Crop labels and the file downloads, one clean label per order.
Mixed couriers in one file
Ekart, Delhivery, Xpressbees and other partners each lay the page out slightly differently. Detection runs per page rather than from a fixed template, so a two-hundred-order file with three couriers in it cuts correctly from the first page to the last. Labels and invoices keep the original order, so label 47 always pairs with invoice 47.
Output options
- Crop labels — labels only, invoice removed.
- Labels by product — one PDF per SKU, read from the SKU ID printed on the label.
- Invoices only — the tax invoice half on its own.
- Label + invoice, one page — both together with blank space and side margins trimmed.
Printer settings that keep barcodes scannable
For a 4×6 thermal roll, use More options → Fit to label stock at 100×150 mm, then set the same size in your printer driver with margins none and scale 100% / Actual size. The AWB barcode and the QR block are cut as vectors, so they stay as crisp as the original file — provided nothing rescales them at print time.
Common problems and fixes
A white screen or an error on upload. Use the original PDF from Seller Hub. Screenshots, phone photos saved as PDF, and password-protected files cannot be read reliably.
The label still has white space on the sides. Make sure "Trim white margins" is ticked in More options. If a courier template draws a faint border, the trim stops at that border — which is correct, since a border is real content.
Labels look cut off when printed. Set margins to none and scaling to 100% rather than "Fit to printable area", which shrinks the page slightly.
Want both halves as separate files across any marketplace? See the Label & Invoice Separator. Selling on Shopsy too? The Shopsy Label Cropper handles the same page format.
Frequently asked questions
How do I crop a Flipkart shipping label?
Open the Flipkart tab, drop in the PDF from Seller Hub, and press Crop labels. Every page is cut at the label–invoice divider automatically.
Does it handle Ekart, Delhivery and Xpressbees in one PDF?
Yes. The divider is detected on each page separately, so mixed courier layouts in the same file are each cut correctly.
Does the dashed cut line stay on my label?
No. The dashed rule is detected and excluded, which also lets the label be trimmed tightly on the left and right instead of keeping the full page width.
Can I get one file per product?
Yes — Labels by product reads the SKU ID printed on each label and creates one PDF per product.
What size will my cropped label be?
It depends on the template, but a typical Seller Hub label comes out close to 79 × 128 mm. Use Fit to label stock to force an exact size such as 100×150 mm.
Is it really free?
Yes, free with no signup or watermark, and processing happens in your browser.
