Meesho Label Cropper

Upload the shipping-label PDF you download from the Meesho supplier panel. CropYourLabel finds the divider between the label and the tax invoice on every page and gives you a clean label file — or one file per SKU for faster packing. Free, no signup, and your PDFs never leave your browser.

Crop Meesho labels in four steps

1. Download the label PDF. In the Meesho supplier panel, open your ready-to-ship orders and download labels as usual. One file can hold hundreds of orders — that is fine.
2. Drop it in above. Nothing is uploaded; the file is read on your device.
3. Check the orange cut line. The preview shows exactly where each page will be cut. Page through a few to be sure before you commit.
4. Press Crop labels and the download starts. Every page comes back as a label with the invoice removed.

Choose the output that matches how you pack

• Crop labels — labels only, one file. The everyday choice.
• Labels by product — one PDF per SKU, read from the SKU line printed on each label. Print one product, pack it, move on.
• Invoices only — for the copies that go inside the parcel or into your records.
• Label + invoice, one page — both kept together with the blank space and side margins trimmed off, for sellers who must pack the invoice with the order.

Printing on a 4×6 thermal printer

Open More options → Fit to label stock. In shipping mode the size is already 100×150 mm (4×6 inch): each label is trimmed of white margins and centred with a quiet zone so the barcode never touches the edge. In your printer driver — TVS, Zebra, TSC, Xprinter or any other — set the paper size to 100×150 mm, margins to none, and scaling to 100% / Actual size. Printing on A4 sticker sheets instead? Skip the fit option and print the cropped file at 100%.

Common problems and fixes

The cut line sits in the wrong place on one file. Open More options, choose Custom, and drag a box on the preview — exactly that area is cropped from every page.

Sort by SKU is greyed out. That PDF has no selectable text, usually because it is a scan or a screenshot saved as PDF. Cropping still works; sorting needs real text to read.

The barcode will not scan after printing. Almost always a scaling problem. Reprint at 100% / Actual size with margins set to none, and use a thermal or laser printer rather than an inkjet.

The download has fewer pages than I expected. Blank pages are skipped by default so you never print an empty label.
