The service

CropYourLabel provides free browser-based tools that crop, split and sort label PDFs on your own device. No account is required and no files are uploaded to us.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the documents you process and for checking the output before dispatch. Always verify a printed label — confirm the barcode scans and the address is complete — before shipping a parcel. Marketplace and courier requirements change, and only you can confirm a label meets them.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that every PDF layout will be detected correctly. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the tools, including rejected shipments, misprinted labels, wasted stationery or delayed dispatch.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to process documents you have no right to process, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access to it as your own product. You may use the output — your cropped labels — freely for your business.

Intellectual property

The site design, text and code belong to CropYourLabel. Marketplace names and logos belong to their respective owners; we use their names only to describe compatibility.
