Codes are read from each label’s own text — “SKU: …” lines or Amazon ASIN/FNSKU codes (B0…/X00…). The filter keeps only labels whose text contains what you type.

Works with any regular label grid, not only Amazon: rows and columns are detected from the white gutters on the fullest page and applied everywhere. Blank cells on partial sheets are skipped, and output can stay at label size or be fitted to your stock.

Any grid, detected automatically

Address labels in 2×7, product stickers in 40-up, FBA barcode sheets in 24-up — if the layout is a regular grid, the splitter finds it by measuring the white gutters between labels, then cuts every page the same way. Nothing is hardcoded to a particular vendor's template.

Steps

  1. Drop your sheet PDF in above.
  2. Check the orange grid in the preview: lines should sit in the gutters, never through a label.
  3. If a sheet is unusual, untick auto in More options and type the rows and columns.
  4. Press Split all labels.

Output at the size you actually print

Keep each label at its natural size, or use Fit to label stock to scale it onto exact stock — 50 × 25 mm product stickers, 100 × 150 mm thermal, or any millimetre size you enter. Content is trimmed to its ink and centred with a quiet zone so barcodes never touch an edge.

Quality

Splitting is vector-based. Text and barcodes are copied, not re-photographed, so a split label prints exactly as sharp as the original sheet. Print at 100% / Actual size to keep it that way.

Frequently asked questions

What layouts can it split?

Any regular grid — 24-up A4 sheets, 2×7 address labels, 40-up stickers and more. Manual rows and columns are available in More options.

Will print quality drop?

No. Cutting is vector-based and nothing is re-rasterised, so text and barcodes stay sharp.

Does it skip empty cells?

Yes. Partial sheets are handled and blank cells are skipped by default.

Can I fit labels to my sticker size?

Yes — Fit to label stock scales each label onto a custom size such as 50×25 mm with a safety quiet zone.

Is there a page limit?

No. Every page in the file is processed, and larger files simply take a few seconds longer.
