Your label PDFs

All cropping, splitting and sorting happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. The PDFs you select are never uploaded to any server. We cannot see your files, your barcodes, your order values or your customers' names, addresses and phone numbers.

What the website collects

Your files are still never uploaded. To understand which tools are used and where they fail, the site counts anonymous usage events on our own servers: which page was opened, which platform tab and output option were used, how many labels a run produced, how long it took, and whether it failed. Events include no file names, no file contents, no SKUs, no addresses and no order numbers.

Visitors are counted using a temporary code derived from your IP address and browser, mixed with a secret that changes every day. Your IP address itself is never stored, and the code cannot be linked back to you or followed from one day to the next. No cookies are used for analytics, and nothing is shared with advertising networks.

Detailed event records are deleted after 90 days; only daily totals are kept beyond that.

Staff area

The /admin/ area, used only by the CropYourLabel team, sets one session cookie after login so staff stay signed in. It has no effect on ordinary visitors.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal data, because we do not collect it. External links (for example to marketplace seller panels) are governed by those sites' own policies.

Children

The tools are intended for business use by adults operating e-commerce accounts and are not directed at children.

Your rights
