Packing is faster when every label for a product prints together. Upload your label PDF — an Amazon FBA sheet or a Meesho or Flipkart label file — and the SKU or ASIN printed on each label is read to give you one PDF per product. The button even shows which code it found before you click.

Why sorting beats order-by-order packing

Packing in order sequence means walking the shelves for a different product on every parcel. Sorting by SKU flips it: print the raincoat file, pack every raincoat, move to the next product. For sellers running a hundred orders a day across a handful of products, that is the single biggest time saving available — and it costs nothing but a different button.

How it works

The text printed on each label is read inside your browser. Two patterns are recognised: an explicit SKU: … line, as used by Meesho, Flipkart and Shopsy, and Amazon ASIN or FNSKU codes such as B0XXXXXXXX. Labels are then grouped so each output file contains a single product, named after its code.

Using it

  1. Upload your label PDF on the matching platform tab.
  2. Look at the by product button — it shows the code it found, for example "found: B0H4TLVV2H".
  3. Press it. You get one download per product, each already cropped exactly as the normal crop would.

Sorting works together with cropping and with the combined label-plus-invoice output, so a Meesho file can come back as one trimmed page per order, grouped by product, in a single step.

When sorting is not available

The button disables itself, with the reason shown, when a PDF has no selectable text — typically a scan or a screenshot saved as PDF. Cropping still works; only grouping needs readable text. If your labels carry no SKU at all, More options has "one file per unique label", which groups identical labels instead.

How does SKU sorting work?

What if my labels have no SKU printed?

Does it work on scanned PDFs?

Sorting needs selectable text, so image-only scans can be cropped but not sorted.

Can I sort and crop in one step?

Yes. Sorting works with the normal crop and with the label-plus-invoice output, so you get grouped, print-ready files directly.
