Amazon Easy Ship Label Cropper

Upload the Easy Ship or Self-Ship label PDF from Amazon Seller Central. The label–invoice divider is found on each page from the invoice heading and the page layout, giving you clean labels for a thermal or A4 printer.

Easy Ship pages, without the scissors

An Easy Ship page carries the shipping label above and the tax invoice below, which means printing it as-is wastes half a sheet per order and gives a thermal printer nothing it can use. The tool reads each page, finds the divider, and returns the label part, the invoice part, or both as separate files in matching order.

How to use it

1. Download your Easy Ship labels from Seller Central.
2. Drop the PDF into the Any other tab above.
3. Check the orange cut line in the preview.
4. Press Crop labels — or Invoices only if you need the invoice copies for your records.

Printing at 4×6

Most Easy Ship sellers print on 100 × 150 mm thermal rolls. Open More options → Fit to label stock, which already defaults to that size in shipping mode, then match it in your printer driver with margins none and scale 100%. The courier barcode is preserved as vector artwork, so it stays scannable at pickup.

Common problems and fixes

The cut looks wrong on some pages. Amazon changes Easy Ship templates from time to time. Choose Custom in More options and drag the crop box once — that exact area is applied to every page in the file.

Nothing is detected and the whole page comes through. The PDF is probably a scan with no text layer. Cropping still works, but use Custom mode to place the box yourself.
