Thermal printers want one label per 4×6 inch page. Upload your Meesho, Flipkart or courier label PDF: the invoice is cropped off, white margins are trimmed, and each label is centred on a 100 × 150 mm page — adjustable in More options — with a quiet zone so barcodes scan reliably.

The 4×6 workflow, start to finish

  1. Pick your platform tab and upload the label PDF.
  2. Open More options → Fit to label stock. In shipping mode the size is already 100 × 150 mm.
  3. Set the quiet zone if you want more white around the barcode — 2 mm suits most rolls.
  4. Press the crop button and download.
  5. In your printer driver, set paper size to 100 × 150 mm, margins to none, and scaling to 100% / Actual size.

Why scaling ruins barcodes

A barcode encodes data in the ratio of bar widths. "Fit to page" and "shrink to fit" change those widths unevenly, which is why a label that looks fine on screen fails at the courier hub. Setting the page size to match your stock and printing at exactly 100% is the whole trick. If you must scale, scale the page in this tool — where the vector artwork is resampled cleanly — rather than in the print dialog.

Printer notes

TVS, Zebra, TSC, Xprinter and similar 203 dpi thermal printers all behave the same way: define a custom media size of exactly 100 × 150 mm, set margins to zero, and disable any "fit" option in both the browser and the driver. For 50 × 25 mm product stickers, enter that size instead — the tool handles any dimensions in millimetres.

Other sizes

Enter any width and height in millimetres. Common choices: 100 × 150 mm for courier labels, 100 × 100 mm for compact rolls, 50 × 25 mm for FBA product stickers, 38 × 25 mm for small item labels.
