Works with different marketplace PDFs

Every marketplace has its own document design, but most of them place the shipping label above the invoice. The tool works with PDFs from Meesho, Flipkart, Shopsy, GlowRoad, and Amazon Easy Ship without requiring different settings for each one.

You don't have to tell the tool where the PDF came from. Each page is checked individually, and the separator looks for common signs such as the TAX INVOICE heading, horizontal divider lines, or the empty space between the two sections. Step-by-step walkthrough

1. Download the order PDF from your marketplace's seller panel. Multi-order files with dozens or hundreds of pages work fine.
2. Open the Label & Invoice Separator in any browser.
3. Drop the PDF in. The tool renders each page and detects the divider automatically.
4. Check the preview. Scroll through a few pages and confirm the orange dashed line sits between the label and the invoice.
5. Choose your output — labels only, invoices only, or both.
6. Press Crop labels and download the result.

If a specific page's cut line looks wrong, choose Custom in More options and drag a box on the preview to set the crop area manually.

Sorting labels by SKU

If you pack in batches and want all labels for the same product together, select Labels by product instead of the regular crop button. The tool reads the SKU or order code on each label and groups them into separate PDFs — one per product. This saves time at the packing table because you can pull one product, stick all its labels, and move on.

Keeps every order in sequence

One of the biggest concerns when separating documents is keeping labels and invoices matched correctly. The tool preserves the original page order, so the first label matches the first invoice, the second label matches the second invoice, and so on. Printing cropped labels on a thermal printer

After separating, the labels are still at their original size within an A4-dimensioned page. If you use a 4x6 thermal printer:

1. Open More options → Fit to label stock before cropping.
2. The default is 100x150 mm (4x6 inch). Each label is trimmed and centred to fit your paper.
3. In your print dialog, set the paper size to 100x150 mm and print at actual size.

This avoids the common problem of shrunken barcodes caused by the print driver trying to fit an A4-sized page onto 4x6 stock.
